We serve Greater Victoria up to Nanaimo (Zones 1–4): Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Sidney, the Saanich Peninsula, Duncan, and Nanaimo, with a one-time travel surcharge by zone. We also travel beyond Nanaimo (Zones 5–6) by arrangement — those further-out jobs include an overnight travel charge, quoted up front. A garage reset is our signature one-visit service: we clear the floor, sort everything into keep, donate and discard, clean the space, organize it into working zones, install or arrange shelving, and haul away disposal items and donations — so you can park inside again. It combines garage cleaning, organization and haul-away into one project.

What is included in each tier — Essential, Signature, and White Glove?

Essential ($750): 1–2 zones organized using your existing storage, one donation run, floor-space reclaimed. Signature ($1,395, most popular): everything in Essential plus 2–3 structured zones, shelving installation, professional sorting, and a 30-day touch-up visit. White Glove ($2,795): everything in Signature plus deep categorization, 3–4 custom zones, infrastructure install, disposal runs, donation drop-offs, Marketplace listings, and 30-day touch-ups.

Do you haul things away?

Yes. Haul-away, disposal runs and donation drop-offs are part of what we do. We haul away unwanted items, coordinate disposal runs (disposal/tipping fees are quoted by volume after the reset), and drop usable items at local donation centres. It's included in the reset, or available as an add-on.

Most garage resets are completed in a single visit. The exact time depends on the size of your garage and how full it is; your free assessment confirms the plan and timing before we start.

Question 7

Do I need to be home, and how should I prepare?

Accepted Answer

You (or an authorized decision-maker) should be available during the reset so we can confirm keep-versus-donate decisions. Before we arrive, please provide safe access — an operable garage door, a clear driveway for our vehicle or trailer, pets secured, and vehicles moved out of the garage if needed. That's it; the sorting and heavy lifting are ours.

What happens to the items I don't want to keep?

Accepted Answer

Items you approve for removal are sorted into donate, dispose, or sell. We make a reasonable effort to donate usable goods to local charities, coordinate disposal runs for the rest, and can list higher-value items on Marketplace (White Glove). Once removed and transported, items can't be retrieved, so we confirm anything uncertain with you first.

Do you install shelving and storage systems?

Yes. Shelving installation is included in the Signature and White Glove tiers, and available as an add-on otherwise. Materials (shelving, bins, storage systems) are sourced at cost plus a 12% handling fee, or we'll install storage you already own for the install fee only.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — every completed reset carries a 30-day touch-up guarantee. If you're not happy with how something we worked on was placed, tell us in writing within 30 days and we'll return to re-home, re-hang or re-place items within the original scope at no extra charge.
