These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by ClearWay Garage Victoria (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting a quote or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

1. Quotes & Pricing

 

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may change after an on-site or photo assessment.

  • Additional work requested on the day of service may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.

 

 

2. Scheduling & Access

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

  • If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations may limit our ability to rebook the time.

  • Repeated cancellations may require confirmation before future bookings.

 

 

4. Payment

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated before service.

  • Unpaid balances may delay future bookings.

 

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Customers are responsible for identifying high-value, fragile, or non-movable items.

  • ClearWay Garage Victoria is not responsible for items that were already damaged, deteriorated, or improperly stored.

 

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

  • While we take care to work respectfully and professionally, we are not responsible for:

     

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Structural issues beyond the scope of agreed services

 

 

7. Changes to Services

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
